Getting Started

Prior to starting work with Block Services LLC, we will need to get to know your company a little better. We ask that you create a design brief for your company so that you can outline your objectives, requirements and any other topics that would be relevant. You can find an outline of some good questions by clicking this link and downloading to your computer - design brief. This will give us a broad picture of your company so that we can perform additional research, ask additional questions, determine what services we can provide, and write up a proposal.

For our services to work properly for our customers, we must be given great latitude in adjusting content and code behind the scenes in orders to track and improve presence on the internet. If you feel your company will need to provide approval of absolutely all possible text, keyword, or content changes, we are not the service provider for you. Keep in mind our goal is to get results. Constant delays back and forth for approvals on the most minors changes will only take up valuable time that can be dedicated to thinking of new ways to build more traffic for your website. Throughout our work with each other, we will often use a proof approval form to ensure your approval of completion on major projects.  For web services you will likely see the proof approval form at the completion of a website or major redesign (typically not for minor updates or text changes as then most of our time would be spent on creating Proof forms).  For print projects, you will see the proof approval form prior to the printing of any item.

We will also send in a feedback request form periodically as we are always looking to improve our service.
